About Ginni
Ginni Madsen is a leading Loan Originator licensed with Pacific Home Loans. She loves helping people to save money and make their dream of homeownership in paradise a reality. With over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry, she has acquired vast knowledge in the areas of home loan origination, marketing, and client services. Ginni and her support team are known locally as the “Maui Mortgage Team”. She has found success utilizing her marketing experience to establish the radio segment, the “Maui Mortgage Minute”. This platform gives her many opportunities to educate the community on the ins-and-outs of getting a mortgage in Hawaii. Ginni’s vision of serving mortgage clients extends far beyond a single transaction. She believes in building a mortgage plan for her clients’ future and being available to them throughout the life of their loan.
Ginni was distinguished as an “Elite Women 2018 Winner” by Mortgage Professional America, a national publication. This annual award distinguishes women who have overcome obstacles and broken barriers to become some of the industry’s top professionals.
In 2015, Ginni was recognized as the Business Person of the Year (under 40) at the annual Maui County Mayor’s Small Business Awards for her commitment to her community and clients.
Outside of the office, Ginni has a passion for community enrichment and is dedicated to supporting local causes, animal rescue organizations, and small businesses like her own. She is excited for the future of the mortgage industry and her role in it.
