– You will need a 35% Down Payment for a Mortgage Amount up to $625,500

All Property Types, Including Vacation Rental Condos (or Condo-tels):
– You will need a 35% Down Payment for a Mortgage Amount up to $1,000,000
– You will need a 40-50% Down Payment for a Mortgage Amount up to $5,000,000
